Kambo Temple — Terms & Conditions

By booking a session, purchasing a product, attending a ceremony or retreat, or accessing any service provided by Kambo Temple, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. General

• Kambo Temple provides holistic healing services including but not limited to Kambo ceremonies, plant medicine integration, massage therapy, energy work, mentoring, and retreats.

• Services are intended for emotional, energetic, and spiritual well-being and do not substitute professional medical, psychiatric, or legal advice.

2. Eligibility

• Clients must be 18 years or older to book or participate in any plant medicine or healing sessions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• All participants must complete a health intake form prior to ceremony, retreat, or healing work. Certain conditions may require medical clearance.

3. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and must be made through our approved booking system or directly via our official channels.

• Full payment or a non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your place.

• Accepted payment methods include: [Insert options – e.g., debit/credit card, Klarna, PayPal, bank transfer].

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before your session/retreat may be rescheduled within 3 months (subject to availability).

• No-shows or cancellations made less than 14 days before the event/session are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

• In exceptional cases (illness, bereavement), discretion may be applied at the founder’s decision.

5. Health & Responsibility

• You are responsible for informing us of any allergies, medical conditions, mental health diagnoses, or medications you are currently taking.

• Plant medicine and energy healing can be deeply transformative. Participation is voluntary and done at your own risk.

• Kambo Temple and affiliated practitioners are not liable for any adverse effects resulting from undisclosed medical information or misuse of advice/integrations offered.

6. Code of Conduct

• Mutual respect, confidentiality, and non-judgment are expected from all participants and practitioners.

• Aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time if safety or energetic integrity is compromised.

7. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

• The name Kambo Temple™, associated branding, logo, and content (including session formats, teaching materials, media,website copy, and retreat frameworks) are the intellectual property of Denise Marie, the founder.

• Unauthorized use, duplication, or reproduction of the Kambo Temple™ name, logo, or proprietary material is strictly prohibited.

• Legal action will be taken against any person or business attempting to copy, misuse, or impersonate this brand or its offerings.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

• Your personal information is handled in accordance with GDPR and relevant data protection laws.

• Health forms, booking information, and session records are stored securely and never shared with third parties without your written consent.

9. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for any cancellations, delays, or changes to services due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions, or acts of God.

10. Changes to Terms

• Kambo Temple reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or emailed directly to past/present clients.
